FREE HOT WATER HEATER CONTEST RULES

- The contest is open to owner-occupied, single-family homes or condominiums. Limit one entry per household.

- The owner shall provide the original installation date information. Or, if possible, a photo of the water heater sticker.

- Entrants must be 21 or older, own the home entered in the contest, and reside within our service area.

- Entries must be received by December 31, 2023, at 11:59 pm.

- All decisions are final.

- All entrants may be required to allow Irock Plumbing to verify (in person), the age of the water heater.

- The winner will be selected on or around January 5, 2024 (once proper verifications are made) and informed via telephone before media announcements.

- The winning entry will receive a new water heater equivalent to the existing one.

- Any upgrades to a new type or size of water heater are not included

- The winning entry allows Irock Plumbing to use images and likenesses of the old and new unit, the homeowner’s name and photo in promotional materials

- The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

- No entry fee or purchase is required.

- Any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes are not included

- Gas connections are not included.

- Permit fees are not included.
