My disposer stopped working and leaked under the sink.  The faucet also had a drip.

They responded quickly but ran into trouble taking care of the dripping faucet.  After installing the part, the hot water had no pressure and was unusable.

Nick called Moen and found out the faucet had been discontinued and arranged to have them replace the faucet (lifetime warranty) shipping it directly to my home.  Upon arrival I called to schedule the installation.  They were able to schedule me quickly.

TLDR; They helped us out at the last minute – would totally recommend!

We were in a bind on a holiday and after hours when a shutoff valve malfunctioned during a routine repair and forced us to shut off all water to the house.  We tried several other plumbing companies only to be told they couldn’t help us on short notice.  When we called Irock Plumbing, we were quickly connected to a live person who helped us get in touch with a technician that would be able to help us within the hour.  When Kyle Merton arrived to fix our issue, he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was needed.  He also made sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction.
